We smoke 800 lbs. of raw meat per batch; this allows our master smoker the opportunity to oversee all the jerky we are producing. We offer three distinct jerky flavors: Mild, Pepper and Hot, with very real and different levels of spice. Our mild is based on our original recipe that conveys the true nature of smoked beef, the real steak flavor of the meat shines through on this product. Our Pepper leaves you with a hint of spice and heat, but we use a larger mesh pepper, so we don’t muddy the flavor. Our Hot Jerky, what can I say, we have a truly Hot jerky. The people who buy our hot jerky are really fanatical about the product. No other jerky receives so much comment and feedback. If a batch isn’t hot enough we hear about it, so we try not to let you down. I think it all comes down to the quality and freshness of the spice, it should be a perfect marriage between heat and flavor of the spice, giving you a bright and slow burning heat.
Our beef sticks are the best you can buy. You can smell the flavor in our Beef Sticks as soon as you open the package, very few stick makers can say that. Again, it comes down to using the best and freshest spices you can find, along with high quality whole muscle meats.
